Regular follow-up meetings to monitor health and effectiveness of herbal treatments. Includes 45 minute virtual meeting, herbal refills or reformulations, updated diet and lifestyle support. (45 minutes)

Acute Intake - $50
A shorter session focused on addressing acute illnesses like colds, flu, and their lingering effects, herbal first aid, quick onset symptoms, or a targeted issue. Includes 30 minute virtual meeting, custom formulations*, diet and lifestyle suggestions. (30 minutes)
